Action Plumbing is a plumbing business based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, and is the responsible party for your personal information.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

  • Quote form: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of service you need and a description of the problem.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: your number or address, your messages, and any photos you send.

How we use it

  • To prepare quotes and reply to your enquiry.
  • To book, carry out and follow up on plumbing work.
  • To keep business records we’re required to keep by law.

We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

WhatsApp

The “WhatsApp us” and “Send on WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp with a message already filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send. Once you do, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and we receive it on our business phone.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and a cookie notice that remembers your choice. We don’t currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with our own team and technicians who need it to do your job, and with service providers such as WhatsApp and our website host. We may also disclose it where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and complete any work, and afterwards only as long as records or the law require.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, including limiting who can access it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct or delete it;
  • stop using it, or withdraw consent you gave.
